Greenwich Police Commander's Carol Service

This service, held at the church of St John the Evangelist, Blackheath, on 10th December 2009, marked a re-introduction of this event. Well attended by Police, members of the local community and by Greenwich Street Pastors, the service included a contribution by children from Charlton Manor School, a Greenwich Street Pastors presentation by Rev Ruth McCaughren, an address by Rev Dr Pat Took and a closing blessing by the Bishop of Woolwich, Rt. Revd. Christopher Chessun.
